Copyright and Usage

Wedding Candidly retains copyright to all images and videos created. You receive usage rights for personal use, including sharing on social media and creating prints for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.

Image Release
